TRADITIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP
The traditional craft of the barber is trendy. In many cities in Europe and America, classic barbershops are making a rapid comeback. The men of Harderwijk and the surrounding area can now also look forward to the experience of a visit to the barber.
RELAXED ATMOSPHERE
As the name suggests, Het Heerenhuys is aimed exclusively at men. There is a relaxed atmosphere where a drink and a South American cigar around the haircut are perfectly normal. The reading material consists of daily newspapers and real men's magazines, and the conversations revolve around men's matters. “And yes, among guys, those conversations can also be about looks,” laughs Stephan Seijerlin. “The social aspect is essential.”
THE BARBER
The barber from Harderwijk was trained according to the old school of the hairdressing trade. He has an impressive track record. Stephan attended international masterclasses with greats such as Vidal Sassoon, Trevor Sorbie, and Toni & Guy.
He practiced his trade in Amsterdam, Arnhem, and Hilversum. In these regions, he started his own business, Stephans Hairtrends, and was a co-founder of the chain and successful concept, Hairfactory. The Hairfactorys on Van Maerlantlaan and Triasplein are a success, allowing Stephan to broaden his horizons.
