Restaurant Basiliek is located on the culinary square Vischmarkt in picturesque Harderwijk. The restaurant is housed in a centuries-old former Agnieten Chapel. Although the restaurant has undergone a metamorphosis and now exudes a Scandinavian style, it is still clearly visible that it was once a chapel. Chef Yornie van Dijk's cooking style goes back to basics somewhat, yet ensures that the products on the plate receive plenty of attention. The Nordic cuisine dishes are surprising in their simplicity. Van Dijk cooks with ingredients from the region.
